We interrupt today’s entry — which was going to be on what happened during today’s walk, believe it or not — to bring you something much more interesting.

Normally, I’d write plenty, but sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words. Let me share a few thousand with you.

It’s not for sale yet; I still have to write a web site for sales and get the book listed at Amazon.

People on the book list will be the first to know when it’s for sale.

Note: I have plenty of volunteers now, thank you. Please don’t respond to my plea below.

On the subject of book sales, I need some volunteers. Specifically, I need people who want to be the first to own the book, to help me with the ordering system. I need volunteers who are:

• Willing to deal with mistakes in my ordering system.
• American and willing to pay full price ($14.95) for the book, plus shipping costs for Priority Mail ($4.00).
• From Canada, Europe, and Australia, who are willing to pay $14.95 plus Global Priority shipping ($7.00 or $9.00, depending on your location) for the book.
• From anywhere in the world and willing to pay the prices listed above, plus test referral options (ie, sales referred from other sites) to make sure I accurately keep up with who sent what sale.
• Finally, I need some American volunteers who want to buy multiple copies of the book. Shipping in the US will be free after the initial $4.00 for Priority Mail.

If you’d like to help out, please email me and let me know. Make sure the subject of your email is “VOLUNTEER” so I’ll flag the email for when I need it. Please indicate which kind of volunteer you want to be (American single copy, Country X customer, referral, American multiple copy), and note that it’ll be several days before the site is ready (so you won’t be hearing from me right away, most likely). Also, please know that I’m looking for a limited number of volunteers, so don’t be offended if you’re not picked to be one; it isn’t personal.

But don’t let that stop you from trying, because I’m afraid everyone will assume that I’ve already gotten all I need and not bother, which will in turn make me think no one wants to buy my book.

On that note, I’m going to rest, because moving those things off the truck and into the house was one serious workout. Have a great night.
