So I went to Kohl’s yesterday and bought four new shirts, four pairs of pants, two pairs of socks, two belts, and a pair of shoes.

And I only spent $258, total.

While that might be the definition of happiness for some, as in "happiness is buying four new work-type outfits for well under $300," I think I found something that even better defines happiness for me.

Pardon the idiot grin, as usual.

Happiness is finding out that though your weight isn’t changing, your physical composition still is.

What do I mean by that? Let me restate:

Happiness is finding out that the size
medium shirts now fit.

Is it wrong that the picture below, which I received in the mail last week, makes me laugh like a hyena?

Well, it’s not the picture per se that makes me laugh, it’s the text under it. Like Charlton Heston and I have been close buddies because I send $25 each year to the NRA (close your mail client, lefty).

Heh. Me and Charlton, hanging out and shooting the breeze. No pun intended.

Why yes, that is all I have to say today.
